Because of the intensive planning, creative design, and technical development involved in every project, our services are provided on a non-refundable basis once work commences.

This Refund Policy applies to all web design, development, migration, and related services provided by Uxie Design. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy and our accompanying Terms & Conditions.

Payment Terms and Refund Conditions
2.1
Initial Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project slot. This deposit covers initial consultations, research, and preliminary design work.
2.2
Project Milestones
Payments are structured in agreed-upon milestones. Once a milestone is reached and work has been executed based on your specifications, that payment is non-refundable.
2.3
Final Payment
Upon project completion and delivery, the final payment is due. At that point, full ownership of the final design and code will be transferred to you in accordance with our contract.
3.
Cancellation Policy
3.1
Before Commencement
If you decide to cancel your project before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund of any payment made (excluding the deposit), provided you notify us in writing at least 7 days in advance.
3.2
After Commencement
Once the project has started—including design concepts, mockups, or development—payments become non-refundable. This is due to the custom nature of our work and the resources dedicated to your project.
4.
No Refunds on Completed Work
4.1
Due to the bespoke and time-intensive process involved, we do not offer refunds for work that has been completed or delivered. In the event of cancellation after work has begun, you will receive ownership of all work produced up to that point; however, no refunds will be issued for any payments made.
5.
Revision and Approval
5.1
Our process includes regular feedback and approval cycles. We encourage open communication to ensure the final product meets your expectations. If you request revisions within the scope of the project, these are provided at no additional cost. However, if the project is cancelled after design work or development has commenced, the fees paid for such work remain non-refundable.
6.
Exceptions
6.1
Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:
- A material error in billing or accidental duplicate payment.
- In cases where Uxie Design is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to internal errors, a refund may be issued on a case-by-case basis after review.
Any refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of project cancellation or delivery issues. All decisions regarding refunds are made at the sole discretion of Uxie Design management.
7.
Dispute Resolution
7.1
In the event of a dispute regarding this Refund Policy or our services, both parties agree to resolve the matter through amicable negotiation. Should negotiations fail, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable Indian laws, with the exclusive jurisdiction in Mumbai, India.
