You can use the mask effect in Figma without any trouble. I’ve made a quick guide that will show you how to do it :
1. In your Figma design canvas, click the image to use as the mask and drag it on top of the image you wish to mask.
2. The next step is to pick all the layers you wish to mask.
3. Afterward, select the right-side panel and choose the 'More Options' button below the Design tab.
4. Or, pick 'Use as Mask' on the list.
5. Once everything is set up, the image will be masked and you will see the new addition.
